Are you looking for an individual and personalised approach to your prenatal and/or postnatal body?
It’s likely that during Pregnancy and after birth, you needs and goals will change. On both a physical, mental and emotional level (as well as a practical one) you are changing, evolving and rediscovering yourself on a multitude of levels. You have goals, desires and expectations of yourself and your body. When you begin to approach a place where these goals are ignored, the desires becomes distant wishes and your expectations begin to bring you down, it’s a good time to reignite some passion, energy and motivation. This is where we come in.
We work with you, for you - this means we won’t create a plan that doesn’t bring you joy. We want you to look forward to your workout!
We are here to assist you in your transformation with movement coaching specifically for your prenatal and postnatal self. We will be your guide, your motivator and your support. You will be safe, encouraged and listened to; you will feel empowered, strong and energised. Come to us with an open mind, tell us your goals (we can even help you set some), desires and expectations and we will be there to motivate you throughout your journey.
